To all Sponsors & Exhibitors: If special needs are required please call the St. Louis Times at 636-225-2442 prior to event. Organizations are encouraged to donate attendance prizes on the day of the event, and all prizes should be awarded at the event.

LIABILITY - Neither St. Louis Times FUNFEST nor Maryland Heights Centre will be liable for personal injury to the representatives, employees, agents or invitees of the Sponsor/Exhibitor, which injuries may arise from, or be in any way connected with, the use of occupation of the Sponsor/Exhibitor’s St. Louis Times FUNFEST area. Sponsor/Exhibitor shall indemnify, save and hold St. Louis Times FUNFEST and Maryland Heights Centre harmless from any and all suits or claims for damages arising out of such injuries and shall pay and indemnify St. Louis Times FUNFEST and Maryland Heights Centre for all costs and expenses, including counsel fees arising from the defense of such claims or suits.
